DAVID CASSIDY NEEDS DUI DWI ATTORNEY AGAIN!

The third time is NOT the charm as booze prone DAVID CASSIDY, former star of TV's Partridge Family, has been busted again.

 

If you’re keeping score, David was arrested for DUI Friday night in Los Angeles.  It’s the third such bust in the last three years for the former teen idol. They took place in three different states!

 

 

Cassidy, who is living with his third wife in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was driving in Los Angeles when he was pulled over for making an illegal turn.

 

 

The officer then observed “the odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from the vehicle,” according to the statement from the California Highway Patrol.

 

The Partridge Family  star’s blood alcohol was an amazing .19, more than twice the California legal limit.  

 

David was arrested in November, 2010 in Florida, where he pleaded “no contest” to a DUI, resulting in his license being suspended for six months, and then in August of 2013 he was again charged with felony drunk driving in upsate New York; a case that is still pending. David was released at 9 a.m. Saturday on a $15,000 bond.
